Cancellations & Reschedule of appointment

Aspen Prime Medspa has a 48-hour cancellation policy, and 72-hour cancellation policy for any treatment sessions lasting more than 3 hours.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 48 hours / 72 hours notice. Cancellations made outside of the policy period will be charged the full cost of the treatment or removed from the course of treatments.

If appropriate notice is not given for such consultations, a $100 deposit will be charged. If appropriate notice is not given for all other procedures, the treatment deposit will be charged. We accept cancellations in person, via phone, or by email and are open seven days a week.

Deposit

Our aesthetic and medical aesthetic consultations are complimentary, but a modest deposit is required to book the time slot (consultation fee – $100).

Medical aesthetic consultations are done by Aspen Prime MedSpa’s nurse practitioners while Aesthetic consulation are provided by aestheticians.

If you do not choose to proceed with the recommended treatment, your deposit will be refunded. It can also be credited to the service that you will be availing. The consultation cost is refundable but not refundable towards treatment. If you want to book a treatment on the spot, a deposit will be required.

The deposit amount is determined by the cost of the treatment that you desire to receive. If you decide not to proceed with the treatment or if you are deemed unsuitable for it, the deposit cost is non-refundable.

As a result, we suggest all of our patients to have a consultation beforehand so that we may check their Medical History and ensure that the treatment they want is appropriate for them.

Refunds

Purchases of any treatments, treatment courses, or Body contouring treatments are NONREFUNDABLE, but can be converted to alternative aesthetic treatments or a credit note within 14 days. The credit note will expire after 12 months, while the pregnant credit note will expire after 24 months. Credit notes for courses that have already begun will be determined based on individual treatment prices, and the benefit of the lower course price will be lost. For sanitary concerns, no product purchases are refundable.

We are confident that you will be satisfied with the results. However, if you are unsatisfied or in cases where you are not happy with the results, we will offer you the opportunity to address any concerns. Please note that refunds will not be provided.

Late arrival

We ask that you arrive on time for your appointment in order to prevent waiting time at reception due to Covid safety. We do our best to accommodate late arrivals, however your treatment time may have to be decreased or postponed to another day. If the treatment must be rescheduled, the late cancellation charge will be applied.

Treatment disclaimer

We make remarkable achievements in many occasions and seek to collaborate with you to reach the best possible outcome. However, client outcomes may differ from person to person, and hence results cannot be guaranteed. This depends on biological make-up and reaction, nutrition, and lifestyle. Please keep in mind that we may propose a change in your treatment plan during your course of treatment to match your specific needs.

Policy on Children

We regret that children cannot be left unsupervised in the reception area. Our Front of House personnel is neither trained or insured to look after kids, and we politely request that our clients avoid from requesting our receptionist to keep an eye on their children during treatments. Children are not permitted in the laser treatment room at any time for safety concerns.

Policy on Pets

We regret that we are unable to allow dogs in the treatment rooms for sanitary concerns in order to maintain cleanliness inside our clinic.

Promos

All promotions are limited to one per person and cannot be combined with other discounts or product purchases.

Complaints policy

Complaints should be emailed to the manager of Aspen Prime Medspa. We make every effort to reply to complaints within 5 business days.
