Hailie McMenemy

For me, the essence of being an Aesthetician is helping my clients reach their goals. I have a love for skincare. Helping clients feel more comfortable in their own skin and creating treatment plans both at home and in-office. I always have the desire to achieve my clients needs and concerns.

Outside of the treatment room, I enjoy camping and hiking upstate NY. Spending time with my two Samoyed pups, friends, and family.

Consistency is key! When it comes to your skincare regimen in-office or at home, be consistent and set realistic expectations. Keeping your skin taken care of and protected is key. It only takes 21 days to create a habit, so set a goal for yourself, and it should become second nature to you.

Whether it is helping boost someone’s confidence or helping them reach their goals, it is all rewarding!
What I love most about working at Aspen Prime Medspa is the warm and welcoming environment. I love how all providers are constantly educated and up to date with all the latest techniques and services.
I chose to become an Aesthetician because I had my own personal journey with severe acne. Becoming an Aesthetician allowed me to learn how to heal my own skin and this allows me to be able to empathize with others.
My patients have expressed that they like my continuous desire for education and constantly expanding my knowledge and skills.

Sandra Gail Frayna

Founder and CEO

Sandra Gail Frayna is a dynamic and compassionate physical therapist, entrepreneur, and philanthropist. Born in the Philippines, her commitment to helping those in need has been a driving force throughout her life. She currently owns and operates two thriving physical therapy clinics, where she combines her expertise with her genuine desire to improve her patients’ well-being. In addition, Sandra’s passion for aesthetics and wellness led her to establish Aspen Prime Medspa. 

Sandra’s love for sports runs deep; she was a competitive swimmer during her high school years. Today, she’s an avid fan of soccer and car races, often seen cheering with her husband on their favorite teams and drivers. When she’s not immersed in the world of sports, Sandra enjoys skiing and scuba diving, relishing in the thrill of exploring both mountain and ocean depths.

Travel is another cornerstone of Sandra’s life, as she relishes the opportunity to immerse herself in diverse cultures and experiences. Her travels have expanded her horizons and fostered a profound appreciation for the beauty of the world.

Sandra Gail Frayna is a multifaceted individual whose drive, compassion, and love for life shine through in all her endeavors.

Samantha Latham

I help patients achieve their goals of looking and feeling their best.

As a Hoboken resident, I love doing activities in town like walking by the water front, going out to dinner at all the amazing restaurants, and spending time with friends and family at local cafes, bars, and workout studios.

“Consume less, share more, enjoy life” I read off a fortune cookie years ago

I love that we are a small boutique clinic so all of the employees are very close and we can provide very personalized care to all of our patients.

I love talking with people every day and getting to know all my clients personally. It makes me feel invested in my patients, their treatment plans, and in the Hoboken community.

 

As a nurse I worked in plastic surgery which motivated me to obtain my nurse practitioner degree in order to practice independently. I love being able to treat patients in the area I have the most passion for- aesthetics.

 

I think patients like how friendly and outgoing I am, and since we are a small office they get to know everyone working. I truly listen to all of my patients and form a trusting relationship. This allows them to feel very comfortable when they walk in the door.

Liz Ant

Licensed Esthetician

Liz Ant is a licensed esthetician in Florida and New Jersey with 5 years of experience, specializing in results-driven treatments like microneedling, chemical peels, and Hydrafacial. With a background as a certified phlebotomist, she brings a clinical, detail-oriented approach to every service.

Liz also offers facial lymphatic treatments to enhance circulation and promote natural skin rejuvenation. She is passionate about helping clients achieve healthy, glowing skin through personalized care in a comfortable, professional setting.

Scarleth Mejia

BSN, RN

Scarleth Mejia, BSN, RN, is a highly skilled aesthetic nurse with a passion for enhancing natural beauty through safe, personalized treatments. With a background in medical-surgical nursing and advanced training in aesthetic medicine, she brings a strong clinical foundation to every procedure she performs.

Scarleth specializes in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, microneedling, and skin rejuvenation treatments, with a focus on achieving balanced, natural-looking results. She is known for her gentle technique, attention to detail, and ability to create a comfortable, trusting environment for her patients.

She is currently pursuing her Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) degree, further expanding her knowledge in advanced practice and patient care. Dedicated to excellence, Scarleth regularly participates in advanced training and continuing education to stay at the forefront of the aesthetic industry. Her goal is to help every client feel confident, refreshed, and like the best version of themselves.
